1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any bot, web application, or service operated by NexusModWorks Services ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

These Terms apply to all current and future bots and services operated under the NexusModWorks / nexusmod.works umbrella, including but not limited to:

• SwiftloreBot — Taylor Swift trivia and entertainment bot
• GrandeluxeBot — Music trivia and entertainment bot
• NexusStore Bot — Payment processing and premium upgrade bot
• Web Applications — Hub UI, Store UI, GroupAdmin UI, and all dashboards hosted under nexusmod.works
• Any future bots or services launched under the NexusModWorks brand

2 Description of Services

NexusModWorks operates music trivia and entertainment bots for Telegram group chats. Our bots send quiz questions (trivia, lyrics, audio clips, music videos, emojis, and more) and track user scores, combos, and achievements across groups.

Additional services include:

• Pro User Subscriptions — Enhanced daily limits and exclusive features for individual users
• Pro Group Licenses — Premium quiz types, faster intervals, and advanced settings for groups
• Clone Bot Deployments — Private bot instances deployed for individual use
• Dashboard & Stats — Web-based interfaces to view statistics, achievements, vault items, and manage group settings

3 Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree to the following rules:

3.1 — You May:

• Use the bot in Telegram groups for entertainment and trivia purposes
• View and share your stats, leaderboards, and achievements
• Purchase premium features through the NexusStore
• Report incorrect or inappropriate questions via the /reportquestion command
• Customize your group's bot settings as a group administrator

3.2 — You May NOT:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to answer quiz questions or manipulate scores
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages
• Spam bot commands or intentionally overload the service
• Attempt to access, modify, or reverse-engineer the bot's source code or database
• Use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Pro Group license codes
• Share or distribute Clone Bot tokens with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to bypass daily usage limits or ban restrictions

4 Daily Limits & Fair Usage

To ensure fair access for all users, we enforce the following daily limits:

We enforce these limits to give an opportunity for all players to play in the group and to avoid personal boredom from the game. Limits reset at 12:00 AM UTC daily. If you have reached your 6 answers limit in a group, please play in other groups and give chances for others to play too. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time to maintain service quality.

5 Premium Services & Payments

5.1 — Payment Method

All purchases are processed through Telegram Stars (XTR), Telegram's built-in digital currency. We do not collect or store any credit card, bank account, or external payment information.

5.2 — Subscription Terms

• Pro User and Pro Group subscriptions are time-limited (1 month, 3 months, or 12 months)
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually repurchase when your term expires
• If you repurchase while an active subscription exists, the new duration is added to your remaining time
• Expired subscriptions are automatically removed from the system

5.3 — Pro Group License Codes

• Upon purchasing a Pro Group license, you receive a unique redemption code
• Codes are single-use and tied to the first group that redeems them
• Lost or forgotten codes can be retrieved by contacting @NMWBotSupport

5.4 — Clone Bots

• Clone Bot deployments grant you a private instance of the bot operating under your own Telegram Bot Token
• You are responsible for providing a valid bot token created via @BotFather
• Clone Bots share the same database and question pool as the main bot
• Clone Bot instances are deactivated upon subscription expiry
• We reserve the right to terminate a Clone Bot if it is used in violation of these Terms

6 Group Moderation & Bans

We reserve the right to moderate groups and users to maintain a healthy ecosystem:

6.1 — Group Bans

• Groups may be banned for abuse, spam, exploitation, or violation of these Terms
• Banned groups will receive a notification explaining the ban reason
• Group bans may be appealed by contacting @NMWBotSupport

6.2 — Player Blocks

• Group administrators may block specific players from participating in quizzes within their group
• Blocked players can still use the bot in other groups where they are not blocked

6.3 — Excepted Groups

• Certain groups may be granted exceptions to standard requirements (such as minimum member counts) at our discretion

7 Copyright & Fair Use Disclaimer

7.1 — Intellectual Property Ownership

All music, lyrics, album artwork, audio snippets, music video clips, and related media featured in our bots are the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders, including but not limited to:

7.2 — Fair Use Justification

Our use of copyrighted material qualifies as fair use under applicable copyright law based on the following factors:

• Purpose — Content is used solely for trivia, education, and entertainment in a quiz/game format. It is transformative in nature, as it tests knowledge rather than distributing entertainment content.
• Amount — Only short snippets, clips, or fragments of copyrighted works are used — never full songs, full music videos, or complete lyrics.
• Ephemeral Nature — All copyrighted media (audio clips, video snippets) are automatically deleted from group chats within approximately 10 minutes of being sent.
• Content Protection — All copyrighted media is sent with Telegram's content protection enabled, which prevents users from forwarding, saving, screenshotting, or downloading the content.
• Market Impact — Our service does not substitute for or compete with the original works. Users cannot use our bot to listen to full songs or watch complete music videos. The quiz format actively encourages fans to engage more deeply with the original music.

7.3 — User Responsibilities

• Users may not attempt to bypass Telegram's content protection to save, record, or redistribute any copyrighted material shown by the bot
• Users may not use any screen recording software, external tools, or exploits to capture protected media content
• Sharing, re-uploading, or redistributing any copyrighted content from our bots is strictly prohibited

7.4 — Takedown Requests

We respect the intellectual property rights of all content creators and rights holders. If you are a copyright holder or authorized representative and believe that any content used by our bots infringes your rights, please contact us immediately:

8 Service Availability & Modifications

• We strive to maintain 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance, Telegram API outages, or server issues may cause temporary downtime
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature, quiz type, or service at any time without prior notice
• Seasonal resets (leaderboard cycles) are a normal part of the gameplay experience and do not constitute data loss
• Question pools may be updated, expanded, or modified at any time

9 Limitation of Liability & Data Restoration

NexusModWorks Services is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We are not liable for any loss of data, scores, achievements, or vault items due to system errors, bugs, or maintenance
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by Telegram that affect bot functionality
• We are not liable for any disputes between group administrators and group members
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for premium services in the 12 months preceding the claim

9.1 — Streak & Score Restorations

While we are not strictly liable for data loss or interrupted gameplay, we understand that technical glitches (such as text-matching errors, server latency, or temporary downtime) may occasionally cause players to unfairly lose their streaks or points.

• We maintain an internal Source of Truth Audit Log that tracks exact user inputs, correct answers, and broken streaks in real-time.
• If you believe you unfairly lost a streak due to a bot error, you may report the issue to our support team.
• Administrators can verify your claim against the audit log and, at their sole discretion, use a 1-Click Restore system to reinstate your lost combo and points.
• Restorations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the audit log shows the question was answered incorrectly based on standard gameplay rules, the streak will not be restored. All administrator override decisions are final.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Abuse, exploitation, or manipulation of the service
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment activity
• Harassment of other users, group members, or our support team

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may, at our discretion, delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
• Significant changes may be announced via @NexusBotUpdate
• Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
